Experience
I have gained over 10 years of experience working in multidisciplinary clinics, and have established a growing client base at my home based clinic. I have been fortunate enough to work with a number of Professional Sports Teams including Cardiff Blues Rugby Team, Cardiff City Football 1st Team, Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey, Canadian World Cup Rugby Team, Southern Kings Rugby Team and members of the Welsh Gymnastics Team.

Hi! I'm Jo Vearncombe MISRM, an evidence-based therapist based in Church Village. I provide Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage & Remedial Massage.
I received a SPS Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy in 2014. Having sparked a real passion for the subject I went on to continue my education at the prestegious London School of Sports Massage under Mel Cash, a pioneer of the industry. In 2017 I gained a Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue therapy.
I am also a Level 3 Gymnastics Coach. Having been an International Gymnast myself I understand the issues regarding managing injuries as a sports person. I hold a current enhanced DBS certificate and has current Safeguarding certification.
